Investor Service Representative I

Locations: Kansas City, MO | Hybrid - 6 days per month in office.

Get To Know The Team: 

As an Investor Services Representative II in our Alternative Investments Contact Center, you will use your customer service, advanced analytical and problem solving skills while speaking with callers to provide excellent service on each call.  You will collaborate with management and will aid in leading the team by sharing your knowledge. You will also assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

What You Will Get To Do: 

Provides world class customer service to customers by answering questions, resolving issues and assisting with Alternative Investment products.

Provides routine information regarding specific client information, research investor’s issues while providing accurate and concise information.

Takes a multiple of client call concerns and be available to handle more complex or escalated caller inquires.

Reviews, prepares and processes transactions on investor account.

Researches complex issues for customers, supporting their requests, making outbound calls to provide customers with updates or to gain additional information.

Performs special project assignments from time to time, such as research work, obtaining special authorizations, outbound calls and data entry.

Previous financial services experience preferred but not required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work and education experience preferred
