Investor Relations Manager

The Investor Relations Manager reports to the Director, Investor Relations and has primary responsibility for board of director reporting, competitive financial analysis, investor research, industry research, and coordination of IR activities.

Primary Duties

Gather competitive intelligence and conduct quarterly financial analysis on competitors to provide insights to executive managementAssist in Board of Director Investor Relations reporting by preparing timely and relevant information for the BoardConduct financial analysis on external reporting metrics of H.B. Fuller to assist with investor communicationsInteract with analysts and investors to provide basic financial information requests and maintain positive relationshipsMaintain IR communications materials (quarterly investor call presentations, general overview presentation), leveraging assistance from corporate communicationsAssist in planning and preparing executive management for IR events such as conferences, roadshows, and quarterly conference callsConduct equity valuation metrics modeling and tracking to provide insights into investor trendsPrepare summary snapshots of investment firms and investors to provide executive management with timely and relevant information about the firms and individualsProvide administrative support related to IR around quarterly investor calls and earnings releasesMaintain post-investor meeting database to track interactions with investors and analystsConduct industry research (financial, markets, growth drivers, market share, etc.) to provide insights to executive managementAnalyzes corporate activities for investors, identifying networking and other opportunities to build and create new initiativesManage vendor coordination of contract renewals and invoice purchase orders and paymentsCreate and provide regular communication to executive management regarding investor surveillance informationFacilitate financial analyst meetings, which may include creating and reviewing the agendas, and suggesting and setting the format and dates of the meetings

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.5/4.08+ years of experience in FP&A, treasury, finance, accounting, investor relations, or a related field; a Master's degree in a relevant discipline combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience will also be consideredStrong financial modeling skills and experience with financial statement analysisExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with investors, analysts, and executive managementAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Requirements

BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, EconomicsMBA preferred9 years of relevant work experienceCFA certification preferred, but not required

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $140,000 - $165,000.
