This role can be done in a hybrid model. 

Your Role:

As the Investor Relations Expert, you will play a pivotal role in the Investor Relations team, responsible for supporting investor engagement activities while taking a lead role in financial reporting and analytical insights. This position combines operational support tasks - such as organizing investor meetings, managing the IR website, and maintaining investor databases - with advanced reporting, presentation development, and analysis to shape the company’s investor narrative. Your responsibilities will include opperational & engagement support, financial reporting & analytics, such as providing strategic insights through detailed data analysis to support investor communications and strategic decision-making.
    

Who You Are:

• At least 4 years of experience in financial reporting, investor relations, or analytics roles. Experience in event management or website management is advantageous. 
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. 
• High initiative, proactive, and self-driven with excellent organizational abilities. 
• Ability to work under pressure in a global, matrix environment. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across teams and regions.
• Fluency in business English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
