Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Investor Relations Assistant in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the financial services industry, supporting a global organization known for its integrity and commitment to excellence. The role requires strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a proactive attitude to ensure seamless client service and investor relations.
Responsibilities:
• Process audit confirmations and other documentation requested by investors and their auditors.
• Update internal systems to reflect investor transfers accurately and efficiently.
• Support the creation of routine and ad hoc internal reports related to capital activities.
• Develop and manage content in Word and PowerPoint using proposal automation software.
• Ensure investor materials are formatted in alignment with organizational brand standards.
• Coordinate the distribution of investor correspondence, including monthly performance metrics, quarterly commentaries, and annual financial statements and tax reports.
• Assist with compiling and distributing unaudited financial statements on a quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with team members to improve client service processes and enhance investor satisfaction. Requirements • Currently enrolled in a four-year degree program in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to exhibit self-confidence, adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to take ownership of decisions.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Familiarity with financial services tools such as ADP, Concur, CRM systems, and Crystal Reports.
• Experience with cash handling, data processing, and answering inbound calls.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
