As a Vice President in the Investor Relations team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of conferences, forums, investor tours, roadshows, bespoke trips and other ad hoc Investor Access events.

Job Responsibilities

Schedule Investor Relations (IR) meetings with investors and corporates.Initiate and manage the end-to-end execution of conferences, forums, investor tours, roadshows, bespoke trips, and other ad hoc Investor Access events.Prepare event invitations, meeting schedules, and marketing materials as required.Collaborate closely with the equity research, sales, regional investor access teams, and other divisions of the firm to develop investor access strategy and content across different products.Develop relationships with investors and corporate management by promoting investor access products.Adhere strictly to meeting protocols, including cost-saving measures, legal and compliance, risk policies, and contract approvals.Set up event details in our event management systems and market the event to our regional equity sales and research teams.Provide onsite support at events, including monitoring meeting attendance and producing post-event reporting.
