The role will lead on Learning and Development activities for the North America region of the Investments business in the US, Canada, and Mexico. They will work as part of a global Learning and Development team to support a global learning culture, whilst leveraging and sharing expertise across regions.
**The Role**
**Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Core member of the NA Colleague Executive Committee (Colleague ExCo)
+ Acts as Executive Sponsor for the Investment Development Hub (IDH)
+ Leads and facilitates the NA People Manager Forum, and supplementary training as required, to build manager capability
+ Represents NA in global strategic discussions as part of the Global L&D team
**Learning Program Delivery (NA-Focused)**
+ Designs and delivers in-person and virtual core curriculum for NA colleagues
+ Leads design and delivery of Junior Careers programs in the US and Canada
+ Delivers and leads the NA Senior Associate Development Program
+ Partners with local SMEs to deliver technical learning aligned to business needs
**Professional Qualifications Oversight**
+ Manages and maintains NA professional qualifications policy in line with the Global Service Agreement
+ Provides ongoing study support oversight for colleagues undertaking qualifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA)
**Global Contribution & Collaboration**
+ Contributes to global flagship programs such as the Investments Leadership Program (ILP) and Growth Management Program
+ Collaborates with the Global L&D team to support International region delivery needs
+ Acts as a fully integrated team member, sharing insight, expertise, and delivery support across global initiatives
**Qualifications**
**The Requirements**
You will be an experienced HR and/or L&D practitioner, with previous experience delivering and driving people initiatives. You will be able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. You will enjoy working as part of a team, with the autonomy to implement initiatives.
Previous experience developing and delivering professional skills training content is essential for the role. The following knowledge and experience would be an advantage:
+ Knowledge and experience developing an inclusive culture where all colleagues are valued
+ Experience coaching and/or mentoring
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Effective Project Management skills
+ Experience in financial services or professional services
**Compensation and Benefits**
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
**Compensation**
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 USD per year.
The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
