Investment Strategy and Customer Success Lead

Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 6 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
+ Experience developing business cases for agreements or investments.
+ Experience managing business activities, such as annual business planning, running business reviews, or goal setting.
+ Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders, presenting data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
Preferred qualifications:
+ MBA or Master's degree.
+ Experience in data analytics (e.g., advanced financial modeling, spreadsheet applications, SQL, R, Python, Looker, etc.).
+ Experience with data center infrastructure deployments as well as IaaS compute, storage, database, networking, security, and AI products.
+ Experience leveraging investigative skills to problem solve, ask strategic questions, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through scalable and actionable insights to increase productivity.
+ Develop business cases for launching global infrastructure and networking products by working with sales and product managers, including the launch of new cloud regions in new countries.
+ Engage with sales, technical teams, and customers to understand and document key infrastructure, product requirements and the capacity planning function to ensure that customer demand is captured in our planning process.
+ Manage the approval and launch of new regions. Engage and Activate Customer Support teams including PSO, Support, Local Marketing, Region Announcement, Billing, Payments, Enablement, Localization to drive successful launch.
+ Analyze and develop insights on region performance and delivery versus business plans. Identify actions to further accelerate growth.
