An exciting opportunity to join one of Mercer’s largest and most rapidly-growing business areas – investment solutions. As part of our Investment Solutions International Client Team, the successful candidate will support Mercer’s investment solutions client base across Ireland, wider Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Mercer is one of the fastest growing investment solutions entities globally, and our client base has grown substantially over recent years with further growth to come.
The candidate will work closely with our Client Directors to support a selection of our international clients. As part of the International Client Team, the successful candidate will develop an intricate knowledge of Mercer’s investment research and fund solutions by liaising on an ongoing basis with operational, portfolio management and research teams, and help to filter this expertise across Mercer’s teams of field consultants and clients.

We will count on you to:
Develop in-depth knowledge of Mercer’s delegated fund structures and solutions in order to explain and communicate to colleagues and clients.Support the development of Mercer’s overall client-service delivery across the entire Investment Solutions client base, ensuring a first-class customer experience in a scalable way.Collaborate directly with some of Mercer’s largest Investment Solutions clients, managing multiple stakeholder relationships to ensure clear and timely communication between investment managers, internal Mercer teams, and clients.Support Mercer colleagues/consultants on a variety of topics including performance analysis, strategic asset allocation advice, economic commentaries and PowerPoint presentations.Provide support to the Client Director at client meetings.Liaise with wider operational, portfolio management and consulting teams across Mercer, including management of a wide range of projects as they arise.Deliver investment output & documentation within critical timelines.Train and develop junior colleagues.What you need to have:
