We’re hiring Service Executives, initially on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and an interest in learning about the pensions and investment sector.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be part of our friendly and knowledgeable operations team, responsible for supporting key investment-related processes on behalf of our clients. It’s important work, and you’ll be helping people access and manage their financial futures.

Day to day, you’ll:

Process account opening and closing processes and client instructions accuratelyUse our internal systems to track and complete key administrative tasksLiaise with other departments and external providers to ensure smooth deliveryMaintain accurate records and meet internal service level agreementsDeliver high standards of service for clients, IFAs, and investorsWork collaboratively with your team while taking responsibility for your own workload

You’ll be fully trained in our systems and processes, and supported every step of the way by experienced colleagues and team leaders.

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need previous pensions or financial services experience — if you’re organised, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, we’ll help you learn the rest.
