Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Investment Services Associate (Transfer Agent) to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in processing investor transactions and maintaining the integrity of client data across our investment platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational background, particularly in alternative investments, and be comfortable working with legal documents and financial systems. Key Responsibilities: * Process investor-level transactions, including registrations, account updates, subscriptions, redemptions, and wire transfers * Review and validate legal documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations * Communicate directly with clients and investors to collect missing information and clarify documentation requirements * Accurately extract, analyze, and input data into core investment systems * Collaborate with internal teams to manage and track subscription and redemption booklets * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of alternative investment structures and processes * Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks within regulatory and internal deadlines
