About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Retirement Disbursal Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a financial professional with experience in investments, retirement planning, and client servicing. You will play a key role in supporting sophisticated advisor practices by executing retirement disbursal strategies, analyzing financial plans, and ensuring seamless operational processes. Key Responsibilities + Analyze financial plans to assess retirement strategy alignment with internal workflows. + Establish and manage servicing instructions; monitor daily cash changes and coordinate with advisor teams. + Support algorithmic decision-making for strategic client withdrawals using advanced software. + Prepare and present proposed investment trades to advisor teams. + Respond to advisor inquiries, research software issues, and clarify distribution requests. + Maintain and enhance relationships with advisor practices through regular check-ins and feedback loops. + Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Digital, and Financial Planning Services teams. + Input and track retirement plan data; produce detailed reports and insights. + Participate in onboarding new advisor practices and contribute to long-term relationship development. + Provide feedback on procedures and contribute to process improvements and scalability initiatives. Required Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. + FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 license (required or in progress). + Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, including brokerage and advisory platforms. + Strong understanding of retirement planning, personal finance, and financial operations. + Experience with Envestnet and Next360 (preferred). + Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
