This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take their step up in operations, within one of the most exciting companies in the investments space. As part of this role you’ll develop a strong knowledge of our customer and you’ll have the chance to impact and streamline our processes.

The team:

The Operations team is split into four teams – Cash management, Client On Boarding, Client Account Operations and Middle Office.  You will move between the four teams depending on where the volume is.

What will you be doing?

Redemption requests, experience in this would be greatVCT buyback processing Application and deceased account processingCash management and reconciliation break handling Settlements stock/cash Client and Adviser updatesLegal document processing 

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll have:

✅ Accuracy - We are trusted with client’s money and data, so we have to be accurate, so we adhere to multiple regulations and keep up our good reputation. 

✅ Focus - Sometimes in Operations we get high volumes and there is a need to drop everything else you are working on and get the process complete; this requires the upmost concentration and commitment to the job at hand.  

✅ You will have had experience within a financial services organisation where you have adhered to regulations. 

✅ Communication is one of your strong points, you’re able to work with various stakeholders and work well with your team

✅ Experience in a similar role within financial services desirable but not required.
