The ideal candidate will work closely with both internal teams and third-party administrators to ensure timely and accurate ledger entries and reporting. Strong analytical skills, along with proficiency in Excel and financial systems, will support the preparation of journal entries, reinsurance settlements, and regulatory filings.  Responsibilities: Review and match investment records to ensure all transactions are accurate and properly recorded in financial systems.Work closely with third-party administrators and internal teams to resolve differences and keep financial reports up to date.Help prepare journal entries, explain financial changes, and contribute to reports used for regulatory filings.Support audits and special projects by providing needed information and completing one-off financial analyses.  Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus4+ years of experience in investments, accounting, or operations preferably within the insurance industryStrong computer skills, especially with Excel and accounting systems like Oracle and Clearwater AnalyticsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while communicating clearly and working well with others  Benefits and Perks: Competitive PayMedical, Dental, Vision, & 401kPTO & HolidaysTraining & Growth Your New Organization:This rapidly growing organization specializes in long-term financial solutions.
