Your day at NTT DATA

As an Investment Manager in NTT GDC APAC, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and executing investment opportunities related to real estate and digital infrastructure. Your analytical prowess, financial expertise, and market insights will significantly contribute to the success of our investment initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage site acquisition from land identification to pre-construction of Data Centers, including hands on site development works on power, water, fiber etc.Establish development risks and remedies.Work closely with external parties, including land owners, Government Authorities to ensure the site meets the Data Center requirements.Closely interact with other NTT business functions while being part of the Investment TeamProvide extensive analysis on potential investments, including in-depth financial modellingManage the due diligence process, including overseeing legal, tax, and commercial diligence advisorsLearn and follow the dynamics of the Data Centers & digital infrastructure sectorsBuild relationships with country teams, as well as external advisors and industry expertsIdentify attractive investment themes and opportunitiesGather and synthesize industry and market dataReview agreements and contracts related to acquisitionsDraft and present oral and written materials to managementDevelop and support operational initiatives within portfolioCultivate and manage relationships with investors, brokers, consultants, and financial institutions in the real estate and technology sectors.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, real estate, or a related field preferred.

Required Experience:

5-10 years of professional experience, preferably in a leading DC operator or Hyperscale.First-hand experience of the real estate transaction process.Demonstrable network of real estate developers, land owners and brokers/intermediaries across APAC.
