Investment Implementation Service Specialist – (m/f/d)
Mercer Alternatives operates as an investment firm. The group provides advisory services, as well as offers customized and pooled investment solutions across various private market asset classes including private equity, debt, infrastructure, real estate, and hedge funds.

The Associate in the newly formed Private Markets Investment Implementation team will be responsible for onboarding new General Partners and the coordination of the entire investment execution process. This role will ensure that the investment execution occurs promptly following the investment decision-making process, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders and minimizing delays during the due diligence process.
The role will be multi-faceted and fluid, requiring an individual that is flexible, enthusiastic, hardworking and eager to learn, preferably with a related background in addition to strong organizational and communication skills.

Onboard new General Partners (GPs) and manage the relationship throughout the investment process.Coordinate the investment execution process from the point of investment decision-making, ensuring timely execution.Liaise with internal stakeholders, including investment teams, compliance, and legal, to facilitate the investment process.Monitor the progress of the Due Diligence process, identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues.Prepare and maintain documentation related to investment decisions, agreements, and compliance requirements.Assist in the development of workflows and processes to streamline investment implementation.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of investments and any potential challenges.What you need to have:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; Masters degree or professional certification (CFA, CAIA) preferred.2-4 years of experience in private markets, investment management, or related fields.Strong understanding of private equity, venture capital, and other private market investment structures.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong sense of ownershipMore about us:
