Citi Private Bank Investment Funds Operations Analyst is the intermediate level position within EMEA Private Bank Investment Operations, which provides operational support to Private Bank Investment Business covering products like Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Real Estate Funds. The overall objective of this role is to process and monitor order placement, settlement of transactions, populate reporting, asset servicing, maintain the records on client accounts, assess, analyze and evaluate processes and data as well as reference data management such as funds creation/maintenance and asset pricing function. **Job responsibilities include:** + Processing, verification and record keeping for investment funds based on the provided documentation and instructions + Support Investment Funds Operations in daily activities + Investigating discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls + Identifying inconsistencies in the process and mitigating risks in a timely and efficient manner + Maintaining communication and relations with internal and external key stakeholders from multiple locations + Contributing to the completion and maintenance of procedures and SLA + Participation and coordination of the UAT test for new systems and products or functionalities + Contributing to business goals + Being responsible for a variety of complex tasks **If you are** a motivated, dedicated person who: + Has Bachelor’s Degree or University degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance + Understands Investment Products and Financial Markets + Have 2-3 years of experience + Has a very good command of English + Has the ability to learn quickly and is willing to acquire new skills + Has strong Microsoft Excel skills, beneficial with VBA experience + Is a Team Player + Is able to work in a fast-paced environment If **you match** our profile, don’t hesitate to apply.
