The Difference You Make: Support the banking team in structuring, negotiating and execution of syndicated/private credit facilities for leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings and various other leveraged finance transactions. • Support the develop client presentation materials and pitchbooks, including all background research, analysis and drafting. • Familiarity with and/or perform valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, deal comparables and LBO analysis. Assist in preparing committee approval materials for both LFRC and IBC. • Assist in the syndication process, supporting Capital Markets and Coverage Bankers in the preparation of materials or responding to investor questions. • Assist senior bankers on client coverage initiatives. • Support the senior banker's negotiations with corporate or private equity sponsor clients on business terms and legal documentation. • Support transaction execution over its life, and consistently deliver a high-quality work product to both satisfy internal processes and deliver on client requests. • Provide detailed support of due diligence processes. • Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies. Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience: in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field - Required. MBA / CFA /Masters, or equivalent work experience in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field - Preferred. 3+ Years Experience in Leveraged Finance Investment Banking - Required. • Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance, investment banking products and legal documentation, with a preference for experience in Leveraged Finance. • Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work within multiple deal teams with competing priorities. • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation, as well as analytical skills. • Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize deadlines. • Ability to translate data into information. The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
