We’re looking for an investment banking Director to:

• be able to quarterback financing transactions from an internal approval and also external execution perspective
• building client relationships through seamless execution and also generating new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
• identify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside colleagues and issuers
• able to negotiate legal documentation
• strong credit knowledge and ability to distil complex issues to explain both internal stakeholders and external end investors
• prepare materials and present recommendations to credit committee, as well as syndication
• lead update calls with multiple stakeholders and drive a process forward
• assist in syndicating underwritten financing to investors, which requires deep understanding of credit risk
• manage and support the development of junior bankers
