As an Analyst within Aon’s Real Assets Research Team, you will provide essential support in researching and analysing real estate funds, monitoring investments, and assisting with client deliverables. You will work as part of a collaborative team, gaining exposure to private markets research and advisory work, with opportunities to contribute across infrastructure and private equity.

What the day will look like
On a typical day, you will work closely with experienced colleagues to gather and analyse data on real estate funds, prepare materials for client meetings, and help monitor ongoing investments. You’ll have the chance to interact with fund managers, contribute to team discussions, and support a variety of projects across private markets—ensuring your work is both dynamic and rewarding.
+ Assist with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data on real estate funds and managers.
+ Support the team in preparing due diligence reports and client materials.
+ Monitor fund performance and help maintain internal databases and records.
+ Liaise with fund managers, internal teams, and occasionally clients to gather necessary information.
+ Contribute to broader private markets projects as required.
