We are looking for an Investigator for Ford Credit Mexico.
To successfully perform this role, the following knowledge, experience, and skills are required:
Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in an economic-administrative field, such as Accounting, Administration, Finance, Economics, or related areas. Credit Experience: Desirable experience in the investigation, validation, or management of credit processes. Knowledge of the Automotive Sector: Specific knowledge of the automotive credit process and experience (or involvement) in activities related to financing origination within this sector. Proficiency in Office Suite: Fluent handling of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and PowerPoint. (You could also use "Proficiency in" or "Strong command of"). Advanced Excel: Advanced level in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with complex formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced functionalities. Macros Management: Demonstrated skills in the development and management (or use) of Macros, preferably in Excel, for task automation. Service Attitude: Possess an excellent service-oriented attitude, focused on collaboration and providing quality support. Communication: Strong effective communication skills, both oral and written. (More commonly phrased as "Strong written and verbal communication skills"). Professional Ethics: High sense of ethics, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information. Availability: Availability of time to cover the needs of the position. (Or "Availability to meet the demands of the role"). English: Basic level of English. Analytical Ability and Proactivity: Be a proactive person, with strong analytical ability (or skills) and the ability to identify and solve problems. (Can also be phrased as: "Proactive, with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve problems"). Credit Documentation Management: Apply your accounting and administrative knowledge to manage, review, and validate the documentation required for credit granting, ensuring that it complies with all requirements. File Validation and Organization: Be responsible for validating the correct integration of credit files, verifying that each document is authentic, complete, and correctly archived. Information Verification and Security: Conduct thorough verifications of the information provided by applicants, validating security measures and following established protocols to detect potential inconsistencies or fraud. Online Consultation and Validation: Utilize web platforms and digital tools to consult and validate relevant information from applicants or third parties, as part of the verification and analysis process. Professional Outbound Calls: Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with applicants, references, or third parties through outbound calls, requesting or validating information courteously and accurately. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure strict compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations applicable to the credit process, guaranteeing that your deliverables (files, reports, verifications) are of high quality and accuracy. Report Preparation: Prepare detailed and accurate reports on the results of verifications performed, the status of files, or any other relevant information for follow-up and decision-making. Risk Analysis and Data Cross-Referencing: Conduct an initial or supplementary analysis of credit risk by cross-referencing and evaluating information obtained from various sources to identify potential alerts or points to consider. Application of General Knowledge of Tax Regimes: Utilize your knowledge of the different SAT tax regimes (Individual, Individual with Business Activities, and Legal Entity) when reviewing applicants' financial and tax information. Credit Bureau Report Interpretation: Analyze and interpret credit bureau reports, understanding the keys, codes, and patterns that indicate the applicant's credit history and payment behavior. Optimization with Macros: Leverage your skills in Macro development and use to optimize and automate repetitive tasks, improving efficiency in data management or report preparation when possible.
