Lenovo is seeking an Investigations Program Manager to support and strengthen our internal investigations program in alignment with Lenovo’s core values of integrity and trust. This position will report to the Investigations Manager Legal, Ethics & Compliance. This role will be instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our reporting system, LenovoLine, and contributing to internal reporting, data analytics, and program support. While this position supports investigations, it does not involve directly conducting investigations.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity and alignment with Lenovo’s company values and Code of ConductManage the day-to-day of the LenovoLine and case management system, triage and assign cases to relevant investigative functions according to the Lenovo’s investigation matrixPerform root cause and trend analysis to be presented to different stake holdersSupport Lenovo’s Ethics and Compliance programSupport the management of Lenovo corporate policiesCreate and effectively deliver engaging compliance training, presentations, and communications throughout the organizationEstablish and maintain excellent cross-functional relationships within the business and various internal partners, including members of legal, HR and internal auditDevelop, collect, and analyze key program metrics to ensure effective corporate-wide program implementationEvaluate program components, contribute to continuous improvement opportunities, carry out special projects as assigned to support the broader Lenovo Global Ethics and Compliance ProgramRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university5+ years of experience in managing or supporting investigations or compliance programs within a corporate, government or law enforcement environmentPreferred Qualifications: Knowledge of investigations methodologiesAbility to evaluate and manage large volumes of information, including whistleblower reports, evidence and corporate governanceExperience providing trainingExperience in data analytics and presentationStrong written and verbal communication skillsFluent in English (written and verbal)Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholdersStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyThe base salary budgeted range for this position is $100-114K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
