We collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, constantly exploring new avenues to expand our scope and delivering innovative solutions that provide greater value to the business and customers. Team supports WW AB Marketplaces 24/7 on operational tasks encompassing manual verification, risk & abuse management and assists WW AB teams on tasks that require human intervention. Primarily, team verifies legitimacy of potential customers to onboard business/corporate customers at Amazon platform providing additional benefits such as bulk ordering, expedited delivery etc. In order to protect platform from abusive actors, team combines technology, machine learning and human ingenuity to identify threat vectors that can be utilized to perpetrate abuse. Team seamlessly develop mechanisms to reduce the impact of abuse. Alongside, we assist WW AB team on manual tasks in order to reduce cost to serve while improving efficiency and maintaining the highest quality standards.

We are inviting application for the position of Investigation Specialist where candidate will be needed to work for the AB customers and internal ABBO system to meet business requirement. The candidate should demonstrate quicker decision-making ability and poses excellent verbal and written communication along with analytical skills.

Key job responsibilities
nvestigate suspicious customer registration activity and behavior that could pose a risk to Amazon Business.
• Communicate via email and telephone with customers; plus other external and internal customers to make informed decisions about risk.
• Maintain Amazon's site quality by enforcing Amazon's Policy Guidelines.
• Be aware of and identify new fraud patterns and trends. Take appropriate action to identify and minimize the risk posed by such trends.
• Participate in other special projects/assignments as necessary.
• Work with all areas of the business to resolve issues affecting financial, legal and reputational risk.
• Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations.
• Participate in other special projects/assignments as necessary.
• Be prepared to be flexible with working hours, overtime and work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
• Shift time: Monday-Friday 4:00 AM-12:00 PM CST. Shift will vary, depending on program needs.
