**Responsibilities** + _Restocks supplies daily and rotates inventory supporting accurate inventory levels, generating orders/requisitions as needed_ + _Distributes medical supplies and equipment to patient care areas, while monitoring par levels for specific products to assure that appropriate levels are established in order not to affect patient care_ + _Identifies excess inventory, returning stock and processing credits_ + _Notifies supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory_ + _Participates in the put away and validation process of perpetual inventory items; issues and credits materials from the inventory management system_ + _Maintains clean and orderly stock locations, and labeling bins and handling requests to change pars_ + _Acts as liaison between clinical staff and supply chain management as needed_ + _Works with and follows instructions of buyers and Divisional Inventory Coordinator in the event of recalls to pull relevant products_ **Qualifications** Required: High school graduate, GED or equivalent One (1) year supply chain related experience or other relevant experience Stays on task and meets deadlines Knowledge of automated ERP systems and processes Ability to process and present data clearly **Overview** At CHI Health Midlands we proudly serve Sarpy County and surrounding areas in Nebraska with patient-focused care.
