Inventory & Systems Excellence Manager EMEIA

In this role, you’ll take ownership of inventory-related systems and processes, leading data-driven initiatives that simplify SKU structures and improve planning efficiency across the EMEIA region.

Location: The preferred location for this role is Sweden or the UK. Candidates based in Benelux or other European countries may also be considered, though this may require a higher level of travel within the EMEIA region.

 

What you will do as our Inventory & Systems Excellence Manager

As part of our Logistics Transformation journey, you’ll be a key player in shaping and improving how we manage inventory data, systems, and planning tools. This role is a blend of technical problem-solving, system improvement, and operational process leadership. You’ll collaborate with regional stakeholders, IT teams, and supply chain professionals to drive impactful change in how we manage inventory and use data.

You would also:

Lead initiatives to reduce SKU complexity and optimize inventory performance across multiple markets Drive improvements to planning systems, tools, and data structures in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders Analyze inventory trends using Excel, Power Query (M), and SQL to support better decision-making Align system functionality and master data processes with operational and business goals Coach and support local teams in adopting improved processes, tools, and ways of working Collaborate with our EMEIA regions to ensure consistent application of best practices and inventory KPIs

 

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

Proven experience in inventory management, planning, or supply chain operations. A strong technical background in data analysis using Excel (advanced), Power Query (M), or SQL. Experience working with or improving ERP systems (Microsoft AX2012 preferred). Ability to drive process improvements and lead changes across multiple teams or regions. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Flexibility to travel within the EMEIA region as required

The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder engagement skills, a hands-on, analytical mindset, and a structured, collaborative approach to problem solving—with a passion for simplification, systems thinking, and enabling others to adopt smarter ways of working.
