The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring an Inventory Systems Enablement Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As an Inventory Systems Enablement Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and training of the BirchStreet inventory module. The Inventory Systems Enablement Analyst will support all functional and data management aspects of the implementation of the BirchStreet Inventory module at US-based Delaware North locations. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 – $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Own the end-to-end implementation, training and development for the Birchstreet inventory module Create various reports for unit, subsidiary, and senior management, and further the effectiveness of the corporate data ecosystem Support and maintain the inventory module within BirchStreet, including item master practices, recipe module practices, and point-of-sale integrations impacting inventory quantities Collect and gather inventory-related data for performance measurement analysis, program reviews, audits, and meetings, and perform risk management to minimize program risks Interface with unit, subsidiary, and corporate resources to ensure program outcomes comply with company policy, create and maintain comprehensive documentation, and perform quality checks on program data deliverables Define, clarify, and drive a common understanding of the inventory business process, and work with stakeholders to develop effective processes and procedures for timely data gathering, analysis, review, and delivery More about you 4-year degree in business management, accounting, procurement, or a similar IT field preferred Ability to interpret KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs and understand their measurement and threshold criteria and reporting requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory as a lead inventory analyst Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
