Your Work Matters

As an Inventory Strategist, you’ll own the flow of inventory that powers our stores and distribution centers, ensuring customers find what they need when they need it. Your decisions directly influence sales, inventory productivity, and the experience of thousands of customers. From forecasting SKUs to managing allocations and partnering across merchandising, logistics, and stores, the work you do will shape what happens on the floor—literally.

Your Day Consists Of

Developing inventory and replenishment strategies for assigned SKUs and locations to maximize in-stock positions and inventory turns.Forecasting new and existing SKUs, monitoring performance, and adjusting replenishment parameters with data-driven insight.Partnering cross-functionally with stores, merchandising, vendors, logistics, and the Asian Sourcing Office to keep both stores and Distribution Centers stocked efficiently.Leading end-to-end inventory setup and allocation for new store openings, ensuring product flows seamlessly from system setup to shelf.Identifying root causes of stock-outs or slow turns and implementing actionable improvements.Supporting visual merchandising and allocation strategies to optimize inventory productivity.

You’ll Be Successful With

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Comfort navigating complex Excel models (pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, multi-tab data management).Exceptional organization and multitasking skills; thrives managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.Strong, confident communication across senior leaders, peers, vendors, and store teams.Adaptability and accountability in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset; able to translate ambiguous requests into actionable plans.

Work Environment / Physical Expectations

This is a salaried position and work hours may occasionally exceed eight hours per day or forty hours per weekOccasional travel is required, including air and car, to support team initiatives and store openingsThe role frequently involves working in a warehouse environment with moving vehicles, where noise levels are typically moderate to highMedium work: ability to exert 20–50 pounds of force occasionally, 10–25 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objectsThe employee is often required to use hands and fingers for handling and feeling materials, and may occasionally stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform essential job functions
