Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Our client in Dulles Virginia is immediately hiring for a inventory specialist to join their team. This is a fully onsite role and pay will vary based on years of experience. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission.
Responsibilities
+ Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
+ Engage in data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Utilize SAP software for various administrative functions.
+ Maintain and update records and databases.
+ Assist in customer service tasks, addressing queries and providing information.
+ Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
Essential Skills
+ 1 to 3 years of administrative support experience.
+ Proficiency in SAP software required.
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
