Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Inventory Specialist to join our team! *** The candidate must be willing to deploy on long-term assignment to Kwajalein Island, Marshall Islands.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure inventory accuracy

• Visually recognize inventory opportunities and react accordingly.

• Document daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory.

• Evaluating new inventory, ensuring it’s ready to store in containers.

• Manage field labor and provide field training.

• Load and unload new merchandise into inventory system.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic.

• Stong Communication skills.

• Self-motivated, with a desire to succeed.

• Detail orientated, organized person who is adamant about accuracy.

• Good written and oral communication skills, Bi-Lingual, English & Marshallese.

• Proficiency with industry practices, processes and standards

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

• EDUCATION: High School degree, some college preferred.

• Experience with warehouse and heavy equipment.

• OSHA Safety 30-Hour Certification or able to obtain.

Physical Requirements:

• Physically must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to overhead position.

• Must be able to push and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.

• Able to work dayshift or nightshift.
