Your role at Clorox:
Burt's Bees is seeking a dedicated and experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes within the SAP and EWM systems. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.In this role, you will:
Serve as the subject matter expert for EWM issues (scanners or computer) and FG, WIP, Raw, and Packaging material movement issues.Monitor and troubleshoot systems, including EWM, MES, and SAP.Check SAP/EWM for suspenses and negative stocks; update with new products and location changes.Investigate and correct EWM stray pallets.Support the Vista Rollout, with potential shifts in role responsibilities.Actively seek and implement process improvements to meet or exceed plant expectations.Perform daily SAP cockpit maintenance and cycle counts as needed.Verify and file inbound and outbound paperwork.Assist in managing donations, product swaps, and giveaways.Partner with material handlers to combine partial pallets and organize inventory areas.Perform inventory counts and ensure accuracy between actual and SAP/EWM inventory.Conduct daily COGI maintenance and review. Lead and manage change effectively, showing confidence in ambiguous situations.Be willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.Hourly Compensation: $32.00 per hourWhat we look for:
Type of Experience
Must have SAP and/or EWM experience.Fork Truck Certification.Proven performance as a Technical Process Operator or equivalent experience.Inventory management experience (preferred)Skills and Abilities
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.Mechanical aptitude and ability to make sound decisions.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office.Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am-230pm#LI - Onsite
