Baptist Health is looking for an Inventory Sourcing Lead to join their team in
Elizabethtown, KY
This role manages all aspects of perpetual inventory supply management to ensure accurate stock levels, compliance with regulatory standards, and optimal financial management within a healthcare environment. Responsible for proactively managing inventory replenishment processes to uphold operational efficiency
and financial integrity, adhering to stringent ERP system accuracy standards. Serves as a crucial liaison between clinical departments and supply chain teams to streamline inventory processes, minimize waste, and maximize cost-effectiveness. Expertly handles documentation and compliance tasks related to product
recalls and ensures proper inventory control procedures are consistently followed. This role demands a detail-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset to effectively manage inventory operations critical to hospital operations and patient care.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required
High School/GED
3-5 years’ experience in healthcare materials environment preferred
2 years’ distribution management experience required
