The Records Integrity Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all part and inventory records across Stellantis and internal systems. This includes overseeing compliance with internal controls such as SOX audits, coordinating physical and system-based inventory validations (e.g., cycle counts and reconciliations), and ensuring alignment across key operational platforms such as PPA, shipping systems, and yard control tools.
This role provides direction and support in managing negative inventories, out-of-balance conditions, inventory loss/gain analysis, and ensuring accurate inventory posting and reconciliation processes. The Records Integrity Supervisor plays a critical role in loss prevention, system alignment, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all part master data and inventory records across systems.
Lead compliance efforts for SOX audit requirements and ensure audit-readiness at all times.
Oversee execution and analysis of cycle counts, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Monitor and resolve negative inventory, out-of-balance conditions, and other systemic discrepancies.
Analyze inventory losses and gains; implement and track preventive measures.
Supervise reconciliation processes across physical inventory, shipping systems, and yard control systems.
Ensure data alignment and transaction accuracy between PPA and other operational systems.
Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures related to records control.
Collaborate with Finance, Materials, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure accuracy and accountability in inventory control processes.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in inventory control, records management, or materials/logistics in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and inventory control principles.
Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit standards.
Proven ability to lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
Effective communicator with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Experience in supervising or leading small teams.
Bilingual in English and SpanishPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in the automotive industry or high-volume manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or PPA systems.
Knowledge of Stellantis systems and procedures is a strong asset.
Experience with cycle count programs and warehouse management systems (WMS or YMS).
Understanding of inventory valuation and finance-related inventory metrics.
Advanced Excel or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and reconciliation dashboards.
