Trains new employees in daily job routines and instructs employees in adjustment procedures + Assists employees in resolving the more complex job-related problems encountered daily and coordinates resolution with Inventory control, Operations, and other Parts Departments. + Prepares journal entry data, investigates significant variances and contacts others to clarify, verify or resolve errors in information. to research, analyze, and record adjustments for internal and external claims and other job functions relating to quality. + Prepares monthly reports and for approval and journal entry removals which impact facility and network metrics. + At times, may cover for other counterparts **What You Have (Required Skills):** + **Office Support Tools** : Knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Word, or Power BI. Commonly used office hardware, software and equipment; ability to use the tools available at the desktop (for example: word processing, email, presentation software, and spreadsheets.) + **Data Gathering and Reporting** : Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company. + **Information Capture** : Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner. + High school diploma or GED **What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):** + Experience in Availability & Inventory Management, Transportation & Engineering or Customer Services, storeroom and/or manufacturing. + Distribution Requirements Planning, EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), ANTARES Parts Ordering, Exacta, Salesforce, ASN (Advance Ship Notice) and Grief for SPM (Service Parts Management) Facilities + Excellent verbal/written communication skills, teamwork/cooperation, and PC skills **What You Will Get:** + In this role, you will have the opportunity to network with local dealers and get to know customers! **Summary Pay Range:** $28.15 - $42.25 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
