Inventory Project Specialist
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Project Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Kansas City, Missouri. This position requires expertise in managing inventory processes and ensuring accuracy in asset tracking and auditing. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting key inventory functions. Responsibilities: • Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits. • Perform annual physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies. • Manage asset inventory processes, ensuring proper documentation and tracking. • Assist with clerical duties related to inventory management and reporting. • Support auditing tasks to validate inventory records and compliance. • Collaborate with team members to streamline inventory workflows and resolve issues. • Maintain detailed and organized inventory records for future reference. • Utilize ADP Financial Services tools to manage inventory-related tasks efficiently. • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding inventory control. Requirements • Proven experience in inventory management, auditing, or related clerical roles. • Familiarity with ADP Financial Services tools and asset inventory processes. • Ability to perform cycle counts and annual physical inventory tasks accurately. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in maintaining and reconciling inventory records. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. • Ability to adhere to company policies and ensure compliance. • Knowledge of inventory software, such as Cerner Technologies or Epic Software, is a plus.
