Position Summary:

Support in streamlining “parts planning” to avoid BOs and comply with the SLAs of our clients

First point of contact between; global planners, buyers, repair providers and Logistics

Works closely with various personnel from the Worldwide Service Logistics organization; planners, buyers, etc.  Customer Services organization, and Customer Account Teams to design, implement, and manage logistics programs on selected major accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Purchasing & repair planningEnsure availability of parts in the countryMaintain Load Rate   Avoid and/or reduce BackordersForecast New Buys and repairsFollow-up to local purchasesFollow-up and support for release of the shipment in customs.

Medium Education:

4 years college degree or equivalentFormal vocational or technical training/ certification

Minimum Experience:

2 years of related experience
