Job Title: Inventory Planner III
Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Inventory Planner III to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong execution skills in data and processes, with the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective. This role requires encouraging cross-functional and cross-business project development.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in ensuring data accuracy to ensure tools and processes function as expected.Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking, maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.Analyze inventory positions and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.Execute a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.Proficiency in business software such as Excel.Highly organized and self-starting.Strong written and oral communication skills.Team-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines while handling multiple projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with inventory management and warehouse operations.Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems.Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.Knowledge of cycle counts.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work at our Distribution Center in Redmond, with a front half day schedule from Sunday to Wednesday, 6 am to 4:30 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.06 - $26.50/hr.
