Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

Monitor and co-ordinates on material shortages, expediting and ensuring material availability to support production planMaintain and improve systems, processes and workflow to maximize accurate inventory recordsCheck and ensure completeness and consistency of purchase orders, contracts and shipping lists for the entire inventory processTrack orders and investigate problems.Ensure the whole supply chain is in order so as to smoothen the operationMaintain inventory level as per forecast in monthly basis and ensure safety stock level to prevent any shortage issueGenerate report of Forecast vs actual order, as feedback to commercial team to provide agreed material purchase plan in monthly basis

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.Experience: 3–4 years in inventory planning, material planning, or supply chain management (manufacturing background preferred).Technical skills:Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools.Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, forecasting).Familiarity with demand planning and forecasting techniques.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with clear communication, attention to detail, and effective cross-team collaborationBe able to speak English for business levelFamiliar with high SKU management
