**Your role at Clorox:**
The Planner is responsible for supporting the Glad Business Unit(BU) Supply Planning Team in planning the manufacturing and coordinating the distribution of finished goods across the network to enable successful execution of the Inventory Policy.
This includes incorporating the best available inputs to support production, capacity, and inventory targets by SKU/location in the planning system, applying sound business knowledge and judgment, and maintaining robust cross-functional discussions to support plans used by manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, and transportation functions and business units for planning, execution, and financial management.
This role allows the incumbent to learn sound planning processes, master the use of SAP S4/HANA, Rapid Response, and any other systems used by the Planning teams.
The Planner is responsible for successful execution of the supply and production plans to maintain optimized inventory levels, ensure product availability, and support demand planning across our supply chain. This includes working with manufacturing facilities and contract packers to maintain production schedules and monitoring POs with vendors of procured finished goods for date/quantity changes and supply chain breakdowns and owning escalation to key stakeholders when problems arise.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment all while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to details.
**In this role, you will:**
Service Fulfillment
• Run daily alerts to identify risks to service fulfillment.
• Work with S&OE Manager to identify actions to be taken to mitigate risks.
• Continuously monitor inventory levels to identify areas for adjustment – can be master data, inventory targets, plant schedule adherence or other.
• Proactively communicate potential service issues; investigate root cause and work cross functionally to implement corrective action.
System Maintenance
• Complete periodic reviews of all system data; identify areas for improvement and work with S&OE Manager on appropriate changes.
• Call out system issues to appropriate parties; create IT tickets as needed
Analytics and Communication
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly metrics.
• Complete root cause analysis and propose suggestions on how to minimize future issues
• Look for trends, results, opportunities to provide better service and inventory velocity/levels.
• Be the cross functional liaison across the supply chain to deliver results
• Become an authority in data analysis and presentation techniques to be able to adequately present choices & consequences to the Planning team and the BU.
Personal Development
• Become an experienced user of SAP S4/HANA and Rapid Response.
• Learn industry standard Planning verbiage and processes.
• Become familiar with Clorox specific Supply Chain Networks and how to model for optimum inventory flow.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalency.
+ 2 years of work experience in supply planning, demand planning or other Supply Chain role
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to details
+ Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
+ 3 years of work experience within Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or similar roles
+ Experience using Advanced Planning software tools
+ Consumer Packaged Goods experience
+ Experienced in setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to build strong relationships across the functions and levels
+ Demonstrated strong aptitude in analysis, root causes identification, and problem solving
+ Able to analyze data, draw reasonable conclusions, and formulate next steps
+ Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
+ Exceptional communicator
+ Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations
**Workplace type:**
Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days at home

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $72,400 - $132,500
–Zone B: $66,400 - $121,500
–Zone C: $60,300 - $110,400

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
