About the role: Under the management of the Cocoa head of supply, the Inventory management expert is in charge of optimizing our finished goods stock levels together with various stakeholders through providing easy readable reporting, powerful insights and strong process management for every S&OE step including stock management. The scope of the position will be all stocks for cocoa product within WE and CEE MEA region – both in cocoa and choco factories. The Inventory management expert will also be a strong analyst for our OTIF performance, working closely with Planning execution manager and cocoa head of supply. Key responsibilities: + Optimize overall inventories and flows within the WE + CEE MEA network + Ensure tracking of our stocks per SKU and storage location – design reporting and views to share with stakeholders + Orchestrate planning / sales / supply communities regarding stock copiloting regarding inventory health + High stocks - drive actions for reduction + Low stocks - assess RCA with planners – anticipate OTIF risks if any and communicate. + Ageing stocks - drive actions with sales to sell + Blocked stocks - work closely with the factories to assess performance and drive reduction + Orchestrates OTA stock management + Coordinate end execute improvement initiatives related to: + Inventory holding and replenishment strategies + Stock Policies (MTS/MTO etc.) + Defining, maintaining & reviewing inventory planning parameters (safety stocks & times, MOQs,) + Owning and driving periodic inventory reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) + Contributing to inventory budget + Orchestrating communication at all levels + Be responsible of stock target KPIs: volume, DIO, blocked stocks, ageing stocks and be the stock voice in our S&OE meetings drumbeat + Support OTIF performance analysis and improvement roadmap + Analysis of OTIF performance and communication to the supply community + Active contributor in the PRM / OTIF reviews + Key member of OTIF improvement monthly meeting – challenge status quo – drive actions Scope + Cocoa WE + CEE MEA regional scope + Finished products + Execution monitoring focus (0 – 4 months) About you: + Masters Degree preferably in Business or Engineering + > 3 years relevant work experience + > 3 years experience in Supply Chain Management and ideally in Inventory Management + Good understanding of the supply and demand planning processes (forecasting, production planning, etc.) + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and with previous experience with SAP, OMP and other planning software + Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly + Good level of English (writing, reading, speaking and listening) + French / German languages We offer: + Employment on a regular basis in the sweetest company in the world. + Annual bonus based on your work results. + Lunch card to be used for groceries and restaurants. + Private medical care in Lux Med (basic package fully financed by BC). + Fit Profit sports card co-financed by BC. + PPE: we care about your future, and we save money for your retirement. + Cafeteria Program as a part of Social Fund. + Group life insurance. + Hybrid working model: min. 8 days in the office a month. + As part of our work-life balance culture, we can start work between 7 am and 10 am. + Free consultation with a lawyer once a quarter. + Chocolate!
