This includes helping with regular stock checks, counting items coming in and going out, and checking any differences in inventory. **What You Will Do** **:** As **Inventory Counter** , your accountabilities will include, but are not limited to: + Perform physical inventory counts across the site and adjust stock levels by location as needed. + Investigate inventory discrepancies through reconciliation and root cause analysis. + Document and correct inventory records in the system, ensuring compliance with corporate and audit requirements. + Conduct location audits, receipt counts, and support the department in meeting year-end inventory goals. + Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure accurate material usage and flow. + Follow all health and safety policies and uphold Caterpillar’s core values: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, Teamwork, and Sustainability. **NB.** The panel cannot make assumptions when shortlisting therefore please demonstrate your qualifications and experience on your CV relevant to the criteria outlined.
