Drive excellence through service scope expansion, and SLA adherence. Champion innovation and practical process improvement in the program. **A Day in the Life:** + Inventory Management. + Stockroom / POU management, dispensing of product, and follow direction / coordination of affiliated stockroom activities.  + Perform on-site program replenishment's and disbursements.   + Perform stockroom duties to include receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions according to customer requirements.  + Remove cardboard and trash as needed (detrashing).  + Deliver direct shipment orders to end users. + Sourcing/Order Management. + Perform order entry, order expediting, customer service call resolution, return goods authorization, processing of backorders.  **Keys to Success:** **Education** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. **Experience** + At least 2 year experience in inventory managment required. + Expert on GMP environment preferred. + Experience in a customer service environment highly preferred. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Ability to focus on laboratory safety and GXP compliance. + Proficient verbal and written communication skills. + Heightened attention to detail and ability to multi-task. + Strong customer service skills. + Ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance. + Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards. **Work Environment:** + Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc. + Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C. + Laboratory Setting. + Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery). + Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.) + Warehouse - Manufacturing environment. + Will work with hazardous/toxic materials. **BENEFITS** We offer competitive remuneration, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits!
