**Location/Division Specific Information**
Position based at customer location in Raleigh, North Carolina, and will support our Customer Channels Group (CCG) RSD North America Managed Services Division.
**Discover Impactful Work:**
The Inventory Coordinator II will make an impact by leveraging communication skillset to support team members and key clients. Drive excellence through service scope expansion, and SLA adherence. Champion innovation and practical process improvement in the program.
**A Day in the Life:**
+ Inventory Management.
+ Stockroom / POU management, dispensing of product, and follow direction / coordination of affiliated stockroom activities.
+ Perform on-site program replenishment's and disbursements.
+ Perform stockroom duties to include receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions according to customer requirements.
+ Remove cardboard and trash as needed (detrashing).
+ Deliver direct shipment orders to end users.
+ Sourcing/Order Management.
+ Perform order entry, order expediting, customer service call resolution, return goods authorization, processing of backorders.
**Keys to Success:**
**Education**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
**Experience**
+ At least 2 year experience in inventory managment required.
+ Expert on GMP environment preferred.
+ Experience in a customer service environment highly preferred.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
+ Ability to focus on laboratory safety and GXP compliance.
+ Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
+ Heightened attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance.
