**Shift: Monday to Friday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm**
**Discover Impactful Work:**
To provide shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory, materials, supplies, parts, and equipment at the assigned facility(s).
What will you do?
+ Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and accurately process items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
+ Receive materials and/or finished goods daily, verifying quality, type, and amount against documentation.
+ Work in a warehouse environment under various temperatures.
+ Safely operate distribution equipment.
+ Complete mandatory training and align with all ISO standards.
**A Day in the Life:**
**Education**
+ High school diploma or GED is required.
**Experience**
+ 2+ years of experience in logistics with a life science company preferred.
+ Proven ability to follow policies and procedures and meet schedules.
+ Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and equipment at various heights.
+ Basic computer skills. Experience in MS Office.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
+ Good communication and customer service skills.
+ Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
+ Ability to understand and interpret team metrics.
+ Accuracy in all functions to avoid delays.
+ Strong attendance performance.
+ General and detailed instruction following capability.
+ Equipment training will be provided.
**Working Conditions**
+ Warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
+ Highly repetitive work.
+ Continuous walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 25lbs.
+ Regularly pushing, pulling, and climbing.
+ Occasionally handling hazardous materials.
+ Moderate to high noise levels.
+ Flexible scheduling, including shifts and overtime.
+ Occasional local travel.
