**100466BR** **Job Title:** Inventory Coordinator - Erlanger, KY **Department/Function:** Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, Utilities **Job Description:** **Inventory Coordinator, Erlanger, KY** This is an hourly level position. **Position Summary:** + The inventory coordinator position is responsible for in-depth investigation of missing material, inventory variances, location reconciliations, product label changes, executing workflows, and other surrounding inventory tasks. **Job Responsibilities:** + Actively researching and maintaining “Cycle” locations + Tracking lost material utilizing AS400 and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets + Tracking label changes/workflows in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets + Research and identify inventory balance issues + Run Empty location reports + Responsible for assigned weekly and monthly product counts + Follow ISO instructions + Change Item workflow’s + Contribute to team effort by performing other duties and assignments as required + May have to travel between Erlanger facilities **Job Requirements:** + High School Diploma or equivalent + Intermediate math calculations + Microsoft Excel/Office tools + Very High level of attention to detail + Ability to adapt, multitask and effectively communicate + Fork Truck/Standup/Cherry picker experience + Willingness to travel between local Erlanger facilities (5-10%) **Physical Demands:** + Standing + Walking + Lifting – an average of 50lbs + Potential for respirator use + Stand Up and Cherry picker fork truck use Employees in this position working at this location are [or may be] exposed to various potential chemical and food allergens due to the nature of our business and the requirements of the job.
