Job Description

-Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts

-Investigate inventory variances and report discrepancies to leadership

-Assist with inbound and outbound shipments to ensure proper documentation and product handling

-Coordinate with team leads and supervisors to resolve inventory-related issues

-Maintain organization of storage areas and adhere to warehouse safety protocols

-Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems to track product movement

-Support returns processing and inventory reconciliation activities

-Prepare reports on inventory levels, damages, or slow-moving stock when requested

Work Experience

-Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy

-Comfortable using computers and inventory software

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

-Good communication and problem-solving skills

-Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

-High school diploma or equivalent required
