**What will you do?**
+ Develop, implement, and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely.
+ Lead and coordinate the cycle count program in a perpetual inventory environment.
+ Analyze cycle count results to identify patterns, trigger recounts, and advance process deviations.
+ Reconcile weekly WIP locations and maintain audit-ready records.
+ Investigate and document inventory discrepancies using all available systems and data to identify root causes and corrective actions.
+ Work cross-functionally to implement process improvements that improve location and item-level accuracy while supporting efficiency goals.
+ Ensure compliance with established inventory control procedures at both central and branch warehouse locations.
+ Monitor inter-warehouse and store transfers to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
+ Resolve inventory-related issues including discrepancies in receiving, accounting, and item movement.
+ Prepare and deliver inventory performance reports to management and the site leader, highlighting key issues and recommending corrective action.
+ Support inventory-related improvement initiatives to drive accuracy, efficiency, and sustainability.
**How will you get here:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
+ Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in inventory control functions.
+ Solid understanding of inventory control principles and standard methodologies.
+ APICS certification preferred.
+ Proficiency in ERP systems.
+ Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with data/reporting tools is a plus.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks effectively.
+ Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
+ Must possess excellent math skills.
+ Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs as required.
