**Onsite Inventory Controller - Team Lead**
**Our client** is a trusted single-source supplier and solutions provider for organizations operating in critically clean and controlled environments. They are currently seeking an **On-site Inventory Controller** to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with account management and cross-functional teams to manage critical stock items, deliver on-site services, support product distribution, and provide technical solutions. Your proactive approach will help drive operational excellence and maximize value for both our client and their end customers.
**What’s the Job?**
+ Oversee and manage critical inventory items stored both on-site and off-site
+ Receive goods, including inspection, counting, and accurate put-away of stock
+ Pick and pack customer orders in line with agreed turnaround times and service levels
+ Deliver products to various locations across the client site, including cleanroom environments
+ Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across all site locations
+ Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
+ Operate and maintain data within computerized Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related platforms
+ Take a proactive approach to identifying operational issues and implementing effective solutions
+ Provide leadership and guidance to team members, monitor performance, and drive achievement of team goals
+ Support key initiatives such as warehouse start-up projects, ongoing operational improvements, and critical customer requirements
+ Perform additional duties as needed to support site operations
+ Safely operate company vehicles and equipment as required
+ Manage project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion
+ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues where trained and appropriate
+ Utilize multiple computerized systems to support inventory and logistics functions
+ Deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain strong client relationships
**What’s Needed?**
+ Flexible, reliable, hardworking with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
+ Ability to use own initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to identify customer needs and passionate about providing a high level of customer service
+ Strong technical ability and computer skills (including Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.)
+ Prior warehouse experience and background in spare parts management desirable
+ Previous leadership role / experience leading a team
+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
+ Problem solving aptitude
+ Full driver’s licence required
+ Forklift experience desirable
+ Prior experience using stock control systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
+ Cleanroom experience is desirable, but not essential
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Tech-savvy / Mechanically minded individual with experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues a distinct advantage
+ 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
