Why We Need Your Talents:

The Inventory Control Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the tracking of all products and materials moving in and out of inventory via records. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory is accurately recorded, stored in the correct locations, and readily available. When discrepancies arise, you’ll lead investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

 

You will supervise inventory clerks and audit requisition forms related to food, beverage, and general supplies to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards. This role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A successful candidate will demonstrate leadership ability, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining operational efficiency and integrity in all inventory processes.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

Lead and manage the inventory control team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure accurate and efficient operations.Oversee and input daily receipts, issues, and transfers of inventory items into the purchasing and inventory management system.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all inventory transactions, including receipts, requisitions, and interdepartmental transfers.Coordinate and reconcile monthly inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and identify variances.Maintain the integrity of inventory system data, including item setup, units of measure, and storage locations.Manage the setup of new vendors in the purchasing system and support the new vendor onboarding and registration process.Safeguard sensitive company information by enforcing proper data security protocols and procedures.Other duties as assigned.

Skills to Help You Succeed:

Proven leadership skills with experience supervising or coordinating a team.Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow and enforce established procedures.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Proficiency in data entry and use of purchasing/inventory software; basic PC and Microsoft Office skills required.Solid math and analytical skills with a strong aptitude for counting and reconciling figures.Clear and professional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Qualifications

Must-Haves:

Previous experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred; supervisory or lead experience strongly desired.Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven decision-making skills with the ability to make independent judgments and provide sound recommendations.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and interpret complex inventory data.Proficient in reading and analyzing spreadsheets, inventory reports, and related documentation.Must be able to comply with all applicable state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining and maintaining a valid gaming license.
