Inventory Control Specialist Mandarin Fluency
The Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure efficient warehouse operations. This role involves performing cycle counts, audits, and collaborating with procurement, shipping, and receiving teams to address discrepancies and optimize inventory flow. Fluency in Mandarin in required **Responsibilities/Duties:** + **Inventory Management:** Manage and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems; perform regular cycle counts and full-scale audits; monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering. + **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Analyze inventory data to identify trends and discrepancies; prepare detailed reports on inventory status and adjustments; use insights to recommend process improvements. + **Quality Control:** Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of goods to maintain quality and compliance; investigate discrepancies and collaborate on implementing best practices. + **Coordination & Communication:** Act as the liaison between warehouse operations, procurement, and logistics teams; coordinate the tracking of incoming and outgoing goods; provide management updates on inventory matters. + **System & Process Management:** Maintain and update inventory management software; identify opportunities for process improvements; develop and enforce standard operating procedures related to inventory control. **Requirements (Skills/Abilities/Experience):** + **Education & Experience:** An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or supply chain management is a plus. Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is preferred. + **Technical Proficiency:** Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel); familiarity with barcode scanning and data entry systems. + **Analytical & Organizational Skills:** Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies; excellent problem-solving skills; capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + **Communication Skills:** Must be bilingual in English & Mandarin **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
