Are you up for the challenge? THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: Responsible for the accurate and timely reconciliation of physical inventories conducted at the store level. Serves as the primary point of contact for store teams, District Managers, and Loss Prevention regarding shrink-related concerns. Ensures strong internal controls are maintained throughout the inventory reconciliation process. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Perform detailed reconciliation of store-level physical inventories Process and reconcile daily store cycle counts and out-of-stock reports Analyze shrink data and prepare regular reports for management review Provide guidance and support to store teams on inventory control procedures and the importance of inventory accuracy Generate various reports and analyses as requested by management THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Associate’s degree from an accredited two-year college 2–4 years of inventory reconciliation or related retail experience Preferred Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience using Microsoft Outlook for professional communication Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with SAP is a plus Working Conditions: Minimal to no travel required Occasional overtime during peak periods, which may include evenings or weekends #LI-JB2 #LI-Hybrid The pay range for this position is $20.87 - $25.42 / Hour with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
