Are you ready to go beyond? **What You Will Do:** The Inventory Control – Materials Team Member is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and ensuring the integrity of inventory data. This role involves close coordination with finance for inventory adjustments, conducting root cause analyses for significant discrepancies, and attending regular inventory meetings to report findings and corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: + Perform monthly cycle counts for both CFB & CFD to ensure inventory accuracy. + Identify inventory discrepancies during cycle counts or as reported by team members. + Create forms to request approval from finance for inventory adjustments. + Upon receiving approval, adjust the inventory and send documents and approval emails + Conduct a Detailed Investigation and Verification Exercise (DIVE) to determine the cause, corrective steps taken, and preventive measures to avoid future occurrences for high value adjustments + Present findings and corrective actions in monthly inventory meetings. + Regularly check LB10 for discrepancies and address them as necessary. + Monitor COGI for errors and resolve them promptly. + Complete the RTV Log monthly **Qualifications You Must Have:** + High school diploma + 3-5 years of experience in shipping and receiving (preferred ) + Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies. + Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). **What We Offer** + Medical, dental, vision and life insurance + Short-term disability, long-term disability and parental leave + 401(k) match + Flexible spending accounts + Employee assistance program + Employee Scholar Program (No waiting period!) + Paid time off including: 3 weeks of vacation, 5 personal sick days, 3 unpaid days for unique situations at supervisor discretion, and 12 paid government holidays. **Additional Information:** + Must be a U.S. Citizen.
