Inventory Control Analyst

Quanex is looking for an Inventory Control Analyst to join our team located in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

As the Inventory Control Analyst, you will be responsible for managing inventory, cycle counts and leading month/quarter/year end inventories, and processing invoices as needed while maintaining SOX compliance requirements.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule: Monday – Thursday (7:30am-4:30pm), Friday (7:30am-2:30pm)

What Success Looks Like:

Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, entering/managing purchase orders, entering/managing workorders, and addressing product with no movement. Monitor SOX compliance, inventory controls, and related documentation. Keep proper personnel informed of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective inventory management. Record/code invoices and generate and maintain processes for all new and existing programs.

What You Bring:

2-year post-secondary education or equivalent related experience, preferred. Inventory experience, preferred. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel with ability to do V-Lookups, conditional formatting, etc. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly detail oriented. Comfortable with prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
